Applications, approvals and terms are handled by Snap, not Boston E-Bikes.

Bring us the bike that's been to two other shops.
E-bikes are complex machines. The motor, controller, battery, sensors and software all have to agree with each other, and when one of them acts up, the symptom usually shows up somewhere else. Guessing gets expensive.
Our repair shop is led by an engineer, working alongside technicians who fix e-bikes all day, every day. We find the real cause first, explain it in plain English and send you a written quote. Nothing gets done until you approve it. It's the kind of care you'd expect from the biggest dealership in the state, given to every bike that comes through our door, from a flat tire to a motor fault that's been hard to pin down.

- Full safety inspection: frame, fork, components, torque settings
- Shifter and derailleur tune-up

- Spokes re-tensioned front and rear, minor wheel adjustments
